We have drawn from our experience and knowledge of human dynamics, cognitive behaviours, conscious and intentional change, people, digital, financial, automotive, data management and a vast array of sectors to provide solution-focused coaching to organisations looking for sustainable growth and change.

Our company name is not chosen by accident. We believe true sustainable change should be lasting, exhibit intent, leadership and strength, it should be stable in that everyone going through it feels a sense of heart, care and finesse around the change. We looked at all these qualities and the image that showed up during this visioning exercise was an oak tree.
